Victoria leads the Business Development and Communications Team at SDDirect and is responsible for guiding the sustainable growth of our organisation.
A commercial contracting specialist, Victoria brings practical and strategic procurement experience to our multi-disciplinary leadership team. Victoria has proven success in winning new business, as well as portfolio diversification, breaking into new markets and securing new contracts with new clients.
Since joining SDDirect in 2016, Victoria has worked across all our technical portfolios supporting our technical and programmes teams to design bespoke solutions for a broad range of clients including governments, the UN, international finance institutions, foundations, INGOs and Private Sector organisations. She has facilitated partnerships across a variety of institutions aligning commercial incentives upfront to allow for truly transformative design and implementation. Victoria is excited about working with SDDirect technical specialists to try and unlock the potential of feminist leadership within a commercial contracting space.
Victoria is a business development professional with a BA in Social Policy and passion to drive positive change through development and inclusion. Before joining SDDirect she gained experience working on complex and large scale, domestic procurements across central government, with a focus on employment, health and disability services.
