Tsinu is a consultant working as gender and social inclusion advisor, a qualified trainer, a lawyer, and researcher. She has an extensive experience in empowering female leaders, young women, workers, labor unions, promoting civil society cooperation, and industrial relations by providing capacity development support, facilitating workshops, and conducting research. Organizations that she has consulted include UN Women, ILO, Mondiaal FNV – the Dutch Labour Union, GIZ, Womankind Worldwide, Malala Fund, Social Development Direct, and various other local and international organizations.
She has been consulting organizations on issues ranging from improving working conditions of women and marginalized groups of people; gender and social inclusion in development work; gender and disability sensitization and capacity development; promoting social dialogue; just transition and transformative leadership; prevention of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Sexual Harassment (SEAH) and fostering occupational safety and health.
Tsinu has also taken part in the design and implementation of several mentorship and leadership programmes for young women including Malala Fund’s Girl Programme.
