Naomi has over 10 years of experience within Recruitment, Employability and Training with skills in stakeholder management, project management and team leading.
Naomi is involved in supporting the business with the resourcing and contracting of consultants across the organisation’s projects and bids. She has facilitated international recruitment and onboarding for The Partnership for Learning for All in Nigeria (PLANE) Project and led on the recruitment for the Resource and Support Hub (RSH) Eastern Europe.
Prior to joining SDDirect, Naomi worked as a career’s consultant for the National Careers Service, recruited Senior Talent candidates for the British Army and was a Senior Careers Adviser within HMP Highdown. Naomi has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Kingston in Sociology with Psychology.
