Isadora joined SDDirect in June 2022 as a part of SDDirect’s Programmes team to support the coordination and delivery of a varied project portfolio. She brings cross-sectoral experience delivering a wide range of multi-year, multi-currency projects in gender equality and social inclusion, social protection and humanitarian work. Isadora is currently responsible for coordinating the delivery of the GBV AoR Helpdesk, the Digital Access Programme and the technical study on Measuring the Gender Impact of Quality Infrastructure Investments.
Prior to joining SDDirect, Isadora worked as Project Management Officer for the Equity and Social Policy team at ODI, where she managed multiple projects worth over £2.3m across the world. She holds a BA in Media Studies from Pontificia Universidade Catolica do Parana in Brazil and an MSc in Development Studies from The School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London.
